The Liberux NEXX is a new smartphone that comes with decent specs and is designed with security and privacy in mind. Using Linux as the OS, the developers also hope to make a statement against the common practice of planned obsolescence and make the smartphone as future proof as possible.

Yeah, they look AI generated. The website in general looks sketchy especially since its crowdfunding as well.

does this phone come up with their own Custom Linux OS? how Better it’ll be than Pine phone, Fairphone etc ? it’ll be intriguing to see.
we already have a Linux Based OS Ubuntu Touch in Development nearly a decade and it’s still yet to find common ground among mainstream OS like Android and iOS.
it’s up now, check again.
I just wish for something to happen that makes ubuntu compatible with most or all phones if possible, that’s the only optimal solution as each country has support for different models, people have different phones & budget is a matter too
