I need to create/design a logo for my website.. I need a software which is user friendly to create logo..

Photoshop is best software to go. I agree it is not very easy to use but if you start using it, you’ll get familier with it soon :slight_smile:

Search for photoshop tutorials for logo creation. A logo designing software will only have a limited amount of designs, whereas you are limited by nothing. Sit and try to make a sketch of the logo you want, and then you can try to do the same on photoshop. You can always do a google search to find logos to get your inspiration.

Wouldn’t it be better to hire someone to design your logo? Also note that you won’t get flexibility with any logo design software. Someone coming up with a unique concept for you, after researching your needs is far better than a software with limited mix’n’match ability.

Yes consider Ak3D’s advice.

When I had to make logos for my college fest, I used to outsource them to students of one of the best arts schools in Mumbai ( JJ and Rachna ). They’d do it for as less as 1.5k, plus you can ask for as many modifications as you want and they are really awesome too !

If you’re interested, I’ll introduce you to one of them

Else if you’re still bent on doing it yourself, then get photoshop and watch a couple of small simple tutorials logo design on youtube

Thanks for your suggestions guys… I dont want this to be outsourced.. I am planning to do it myself.. I will learn photoshop and then create one.. In the mean time i found another application which has templates to create logo…LogoDesign Studio..
