I have an Quadro RTX 4000 which is basically a 2070.
Single slot card barely takes any space

I have already mentioned my requirement in main post only dual slot card.

Temps never cross 70C since its 125w with a chonky copper heatsink.
Your requirements mentioned need to fit in an mitx.
