Looking for a 4K display

I was looking for a 4K monitor for my upcoming Gaming rig in size range of 27-32 inch. I came across this

https://www.flipkart.com/viewsonic-68-58-cm-27-inch-4k-ultra-hd-led-backlit-ips-panel-monitor-va2708-4k-mhd/p/itm4353e18a9ab8a?pid=MONH894S8KY9G572&lid=LSTMONH894S8KY9G572LBIOA9&marketplace=FLIPKART&cmpid=content_monitor_8965229628_gmc

The price of this display is just 18K. Such an amazing monitor for mere 18K. What is your suggestion? Should I go for this monitor?

Brightness: 250 nits only

For gaming I’d definitely go for a high refresh rate 27” 2K monitor 144/180Hz for lower cost. 60Hz just feels like a scam now.

How much brightness should I look for in gaming monitors

IMO, brightness of 250-300 nits is good, most of the monitors have a brightness of 250nits and a peak of 300 nits, so brightness is not an issue in this monitor, its the refresh rate, as margoo said you should do for 144hz atleast if you plan to game on it

I have just lowered the requirement of may Gaming PC. So I will got ro 2K display with 144hz

Whats your opinion on this display?

In 4k buy 32 inch monitor… in 2k buy 27inch monitor… if you will go for 4k 27inch you get scaling issue… monitor should recommend 100% scaling or 200% scalling that is natively supported by apps… or in 125% scaling many apps breaks either they look too small or too big and also some times looks blurry

your ppi sould be either in 110 range or in 220 range then you will get 100% or 200% scaling
