Looking for PC cases with good airflow and no tempered glass.

Check out this one
Lian li a3

It’s on the smaller side, can only fit m-atx but it has a mesh side panel.
It’s front panel doesn’t have a mesh. It has a version with a wood front panel having mesh for 1k more, although couldn’t find it in stock anywhere.

GN/HU (don’t exactly remember who) also said it’s good even the non-wood version. Not the best, but the airflow is fine.

Corsair 4000D airflow is the best cabinet under 10k, no fancy argb stuff but it’s built lika tank

Lian li 216 might be better. Those two were in my recommended list and i picked up 216 based on reviews. 4000D was cheaper, so might be better value don’t know.
Just do a search and most people seem to recommend 216 over it on reddit after looking at first few posts from google search.
This is just an initial look. Better way will be to look at good reviews ofc.

When I was buying my case, it was between the 4000D and the 216. After a thorough physical inspection of both, the 216 is better, hands down. Way better build, ergonomics, space and cable management.

this is the best case under 10k imo.

Nothing that fancy in my case. Mostly for games. I doubt I’ll be doing any major overclocking but I do want to make sure if I do run anything high intensity that my components deal with it in my room.

Fractal Design is great and I’ve had my eyes on them since I heard about them as a teenager but I don’t want to spend all my budget on it so I’m fine going down a tad.
Someday though…

This looks great but I barely know anything about the Ant brand and how well-made their cases are. I’ll deffo consider it though since I’m probably going with a B-series motherboard anyway.

Waaaaay too much glass for my liking. I’m already baring it with one tempered glass side panel, I don’t need a whole penthouse  ob:

Indian brand selling rebranded chinese stuff. Just expect it to be ‘functional’ with tight precision with respect to panel fittings. Cost cutting evident in the thickness and weight of metal and glass side panels. Other than side panels, shell seems regular/well made. At the price it is available great value for sure.
P.S. Don’t have this case, but a different one from the same brand, in the same price range.

Spend a bit more, but do not sacrifice quality. Stay away from poorly-built crap from Ant/Zebronics/Ice Master, when it comes to PC parts.

Where to get additional filters?

Try Antec P10C. It was 7.5k last I checked.

Deepcool CH260 mATX is coming in 2025. Its a 31L case. Like Lian Li A3 but better.

I got it from mdcomputers. ( Black/white Color doesnt matter btw).
Very effective and easy to use. Sits just behind the front mesh. I clean it up using vacuum cleaner.

This is only for Lian li 216 ofc, else you can look for generic dust filters on amazon. They can work well too - add them to filter intake fans.

What about from the dust management point of view?

Ah, I thought you were talking about some DIY thing lol.

yeah you can try something like below. I bought these two few years back and they do alright. Will need to clean regularly.
These might be out of stock but you can look for similar stuff. Add them to filter intake fans.

Also try to have more intake fan airflow than exhuast. This way air will come in from intake fans and not other areas.
Along with this i use a leaf blower 2-3 times a year to remove whatever dust made past all of this.
And try to keep idle fan speeds low. This + filter leads lower dust build up.

It depends on how dusty your environment is. Mine tends to get adequately dusty, but the mesh does a decent job in catching it. You’ll still need to do periodic cleaning inside the case if you have dust OCD like me.
