Can be fixed. Try a local repair shop before shedding money.
My issue was the case, so try and borrow a case from someone just to test it out.
Clean the contact pads using earbuds and some nail polish remover. Dont apply pressure.

There was an online store that sold refurbished ones for like 5k. I’ll lyk if I find it online, apple seems to actively try to hide them on Google.
I remember seeing a user selling his airpods pro due to one earpiece missing. You can check at the user to user listing for that.

Hmm i tried cleaning it with propyl alcohol and the left and right buds charging is working i put the left side bud on the right side one little bit of wiggle and the left one was charging perfectly so idk if its the battery or some firmware update bricked the right one

I’ve seen so many posts about people asking for left and right buds, but even if they find them, will they work if they’re from different units?
if theyre the same model, they work.
