Marketplace Update: Existing Members

Based on your feedback, how you use the marketplace will not change and you will continue to use the market as you used to.

Existing marketplace members (as of Sep 7, 2025): Nothing changes for you

  • Keep all your current marketplace access and privileges
  • Continue using the marketplace exactly as you do today
  • No listing limits, no format restrictions
  • Access remains for any user who has access and has made at least one post (in any section) in the last year
  • If you joined between Aug 15 - Sep 7 and are working toward marketplace access, you have until Sep 30 to complete the qualification

:newspaper: New members (joining after Sep 7 and gaining access): New streamlined experience

  • Start with 2 individual active listings (no total listing limit)
  • Upgrade options available for more listings and seller tools

Clarifications:

  • Individual listing: One item per listing (no bulk/multiple items in single post)
  • Active listing: Items with “Available” or “Pending” status count toward your limit

I have joined prior to September 7 yet I still see the restriction of 2 listings.

No listing limits, no format restrictions, in the User-to-user listing category.

The new marketplace experience is for new users (and old users who want to use that). It is applicable for the new Classifieds category. That category has listing limits and one item per listing criteria. Old users will continue to have access to both categories, it is upto them where they want to create the listing.
