I had a problem with my Samsung 740N LCD monitor yesterday and I went to Samsungs site and filled in a request for an engineer to come over on the "SAMSUNG Online Call Registration System " page … this is my third use of this Samsung service and let me tell you that it is FANTASTIC… I enter the problem and the date and time I want the engineer to come over and every time he comes exactly at the requested time… SUPERB !!!
Yesterday I requested for the engineer to come over today at 4pm and he was here at 3.45 … AND … he came with a brand new LCD Panel and he swapped it without my even asking for a new panel… WOW !!! …
