As The Dealer Feedback thread is becoming hard to manage and understand for people, Microthreads for each dealer are being created to allow everyone to categorize their issues with one particular dealer and to allow the dealer to concentrate on his thread without having to go through pages and pages of feedback pertaining to all other dealers.
Kindly use these threads when necessary, but refrain from creating new ones when you have an issue as it becomes hard to manage for the dealers and people tend not to read your feedback after a while. Modifications will come in time as decisions are taken. Kindly bear with us till this process is completed. More updates soon…

a new thread will always be created if the issue is kind of urgent..
i would just request mods to allow multiple thread and then merge them to the main thread once they have been looked into by the concerned dealer. helps documenting and separating solved cases from the unsolved ones.

Mediahome needs to improve the packing quality of items, specially hard drives. It does not feel good when you receive a hard drive through courier packed in a bubble wrapped envelope.
I wonder why he fails to respond! It has been over 3 weeks since I had sent him the defective PL21 IEMs and he had ensured that he would send me the MP21 back and nothing has progressed since that post of his in the thread.
I have reminded him twice and he has not responded yet. This is becoming a PITA since my friend keeps eating my head as I had recommended him these IEMs and he had gotten this off eBay through mediahome.
Anyways, I have mailed him at admin@mediahome.in. Hope he responds to that mail at least.
I wonder why can’t these dealers ever keep a track of what is happening in their respective dealer threads!
TE is not the only source for them anymore. 6 months back TE = 90% of sales…now may be 20-30% so accordingly behaviour towards has changed. Its all about profit and not customer satisfaction !
And ya when 1~2 yrs back when he as a member he would PM everybody and ask/beg for if anyone wants those verbatim DVD+r etc
He was bed ridden with viral fever last week so I did ask him to convey the message to his assistants to have the replacements shipped. But to no avail. This is getting really painful. I think i should leave him a negative feedback on ebay provided my friend has not done it already.
I ordered a Seagate 500GB internal HDD on 09 August 2010.. the HDD was delivered in 5-6 days but it had no bill with it.
On asking Anuj for bill he said download the order information page from the website. This will help in warranty and RMA if needed.
I said Order page is no bill. I need a original bill of the piece… He said mail me the order no in the id and he will send the pdf copy of bill.
And I had sent the email + pms.. however no response from him since then.
You seems to be frustrated from him always. And I think you have no current deals going on with him. So I would like to suggest you to stay back and post in this thread only if you have any current ongoing issue. As this thread is for the same. Seriously no spamming and unneeded suggestions here.

Thanks for the update! Actually the DTDC guys haven’t rung me yet - probably they have sent it to my friend’s address. I do sympathise with the Anuj but at least his assistants should take care of the business when he’s out.
