For last 3-4 instances i am not getting otp on my registered mobile while buying on eBay, hence loosing 300 rs cashback opportunities quite a lot
MobiKwik cannot find the issues and responds with standard reply… Could it be because of DND? Although I don’t think so
The otp while using credit card and debit card on Amazon etc are easily received by me…

I keep logged into Mobikwik when using some service which accepts Mobikwik payment. It does not ask me for OTP.
Just 2 days ago I bought tickets from BookMyShow using Mobikwik.

Even I don’t get OTP SMS from Mobikwik on my Vodafone, Delhi mobile.
I have another Mobikwik account and I get it on Reliance GSM, Delhi.
I need it for apps like Grofers who don’t have any website, just an app.
Just did a transaction and OTP came for me - Docomo, Mumbai
Guys just open a new tab and login to your mobikwik account. Now, when you transact on say ebay, the payment will go through without login. Hope this helps.
