Guys i have decided to go for an an motherboard for Amd Phenom II X4 945
I’m confused as to which motherboard to buy.
Open to ASUS, MSI and Gigabyte.
Want it to support DDR3, dont care about onboard gfx as i’m gonna get GTX 460 
budget 5.5k (although wud like a cheaper one around 4-4.5k if there isnt too much diff, but open to talks) 
ohh an am looking at gaming and movies

If you are ok without USB 3.0, you can consider ASUS M4A87TD.
Asus has a bad A.S.S going by the members statements on Techenclave. How about Gigabyte GA880GM-UD2H; Gigabyte GA880GA-UD3H

I was more inclined towards ASUS rather than Gigabyte.
People say AMD & ASUS together are gr8.
I myself was looking at ASUS - M4A87TD/USB3 as it was around 5k. What say guys?? Is this good?
Guys also which is better among the two gigabyte - GA-880GA-UD3H and asus - M4A87TD/USB3??
As the gigabyte one is around 400 rs cheaper.
The GA-880GA-UD3H IMO is better, but its out of stock everywhere.
Considering that, the Asus looks like a decent buy.

value of asus is more than Gigabyte but it’s performance is amazing…!!!
