I had a similar thread few months back and as of now the BenQ mouse is as expected. Lasts for years going by Reddit posts but have to see.
Completely weaned off Logitech products 2-3 years back after using them for a decade because of the reduced warranty and use of the cheaper Chinese parts that they know will fail after a year.
Went into Razer expecting the optical switches to be better but that has the same issue, only after a couple of years instead of one.
