It is more affordable than getting a new mouse imo.
I’ve sent in my G502 because of double click issues to him as well.
You might want to check it out.
Also take a look at the marketplace there are a few folks selling mice on here too.
No matter how much expensive mouse you get, it will start double clicking in roughly 5-6 years if you play hardcore competitive e-sports FPS games daily. The double click issue happens due to wear inside the mouse button and can be fixed with increasing the debounce time in software at cost of more input lag, or better just replacing the mouse button in hardware.
You should be buying expensive mouse for FPS only for the sliding feel, sensor, weight, grip etc, but not to avoid double click issue because that is inevitable.
Razer Deathadder v2 mini
Logitech g305 for wireless, wired you can go for Razer cobra
I use Basilisk V3 and if you are able to stretch your budget a bit you can get it although I don’t think its good for FPS gaming. It’s on the heavier side for a FPS gaming. It has one of the best sensors in the price segment which is why I like it.
Check out [RAZER DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed Wireless](’

). Perfectly fits your budget, is wireless if you prefer them and the sensor isn’t bad at all. I have personally not had double clicking issues with razer mouses so you are safe in that regard.
Here are rtings reviews for both mouses

try razer viper mini or any used gaming mice in market place from reputable brands like logitech, zowie etc.
Surprisingly, I have been using my G102 for the last 5 years with no double click issue. The feets have faded out and needs replacement. The joint where the cable meets the usb plug has worn but the switches and the body is still holding strong. I will replace the feet with some I found at gensispc and trying to figure out how to replace the cable. This is not the best mouse available in market today but just wanted to share how surprisingly durable the switches are in my particular unit. I am genuinely surprised.
i can approve of the razer cobra, its is a really good mouse around 2k.
got my G502s repaired and buttons changed new Kailh GM8.0 Switches its working great now
Agree with every mouse eventually getting double click but personally I have noticed Logitech to be worse in these regards. Still I am addicted to the 402 shape
G402 was the peak shape. Not to fat, not to heavy (for the time), it was affordable while being really decent. My first proper gaming mouse. I know a friend who still uses it today. Had to throw mine some time ago now as it started to double click on both clicks, it would work for some time if I blow into it and slap it but then go back to bad + the rubber grip wore out so knew it was time.
I use it and wont use any other shape now + need extra buttons.
Have had a few that failed, one in backup that had died suddenly but now is working ( found out when i was ready to send it as e waste).
Logitech warranty is very good, they gave me g402 for a dead mouse that was half the price.
Current one is running for few years. If this one fails, ill get the switches replaced ( nice service by forum guy) and hopefully it will last me another 4-5 years.
I had MX518 long ago that ran beautifully for 6-7 years.
This mouse was so GOATED, logitech relaunched it due to huge number of people being familiar with it.
g402 has more buttons and better button placement for me ( can never used the middle sensitivity buttons), so i don’t miss it as such but it was great then, i think heavier vs g402.
g402 is just perfect for me, wish they made it more expensive with 5y+ warranty (and so better components) instead of having to replace it every 2-3 years creating e-waste.
This time ill just replace switches i guess.
Logitech are the best out there I don’t think there is any other mouse brand that comes close to there design, number of different models they offer and how well there sensors work.
But yes they use those cheap chinese omron switches which sure double click. It is a problem for more people and I was have issues with one of my Logitech mice too but that guy @@HonestLiar installed Kailh GM 8.0 switches and since then it’s working just amazing. I just love Logitech mice.
