Its not that easy my friend. Not many if any site ships directly to india. Those who do like ewiz only takes wire transfer which costs too much and shipping is soo expensive that you will get a motherboard for the price of shipping only.
And ducal core are not cheap. They cost more than $500 as of now.
And then there is customs and stuff.
