Need advice for job opportunities for a Graphics Designer - Fresher

My relatives son has done the following courses (all in Kolkata, WB):

BS.c. in Multimedia, Animation and Graphics (2015 to 2022)

Internship in Graphic Design (June 2017 to August 2017)

Apprenticeship in Graphic Design (May 2022 to January 2023)

MS.c. in Animation and Graphics (2022 to 2024)

Internship in Graphic Design (January 2025 to April 2025)

Pursuing Video Editing course.

He is currently looking for a job inside India. Are there any companies online where he can apply to? What are his options? Can he apply online in any Video gaming companies with his skill set based on the above courses?

Any input on this will be very helpful. Thanks.
