B550 motherboard under 10k.
X570 under 10k?
I saw your post. Need some more detailed pictures (rear and back).
any scope of negotiation?
I am also looking for b550 boards but seems like they are hard to come by. Couple of x570 boards on the forum but I can’t make up.my.momd what price I’d want to.pay for 5-6 year old boards. Watching this thread ![]()
Board is currently installed in cabinet. Running pc, comes with original box etc., never repaired or anything..yes there is scope for little negotiation
If you are willing to spend 12500
Can provide a b550 tomahawk wifi brand new open box
With 2.5 years of warranty
Cant negotiate on this price
They are not . Look outside TE, you will get one.
Was in a similar boat couple of months ago. Start searching on FB and other places will take time and patience.
Be careful. too many repaired / refurbished / dead boards being sold on FB and WA . Some one had similar experience.
Yeah, TE feels much safer to deal with and I don’t think I have bandwidth to learn ways of FB and OLX marketplaces. ![]()
I guess you are referring to me. Waiting for seller to pickup and refund. Hope all goes well. Lost a CPU and created RMA with AMD. Now waiting for them to reply - their CC is closed on weekends as per the website.
Buy only with warranty or from a trusted seller. Ask for LOTS of videos of the motherboard working before you buy - this creates a safety net for both buyer and seller
Thanks for ur offer but my budget is very tight. Also I’m upgrading from B450(Ethernet n some USB ports not working).
At least you could send me rear i/o pics
Even knowing this its hard to notice a repaired/refurbished motherboard. Can’t do much in that regard except to buy one with warranty remaining.
Why not buy a PCIe network adapter card (like this) and a USB hub? Both together will cost less than 2k saving you money and will prevent an otherwise working motherboard from being e-waste.
I have B450M PRO-M2 MAX and there is no room left after installing the gpu.
I can suggest you this for peace of mind
Even for the bottom most PCIe slot? If so then you can instead use USB hub + Ethernet LAN adapter. Not the most optimal setup but if it’s a PC for casual daily use then it will be fine. The max theoretical Internet speed will be limited to the weakest link between the adapter model, USB version and USB port.
You can even get an adapter which has both together in it like this one.
@TheD4ddy has a few B550 mother board in the latest lot , check with him
