Have you checked if the motherboard RAM slot is working? If you purchased it from a shop with a proper invoice, go back and return it, stating the issue.
Yes, other rams are working fine..
Check the name of the importer on the sticker on original packaging, it should have their contact details mentioned.
It’s just ram stick brought of olx, no much info available
Then you are out of luck as I seriously doubt you will get any warranty on it.
One way to get around this was contact the seller and return it, which is impossible if he scammed you.
It worked fine, for couple of month. Anyway.. anyone who has rmaed from India?? Or sending to Taiwan is only option
How will you send it for rma anywhere without original box/bill?
I have check they create rma without bill, it’s said bill is not needed.
What about original packaging? Also, did they check serial no. of product during rma creation.
serial no is on the ram stick. Enter it and create rma. And it tells you to ship the items

Facing a similar issue. Need to RMA my RAM. I have the original bill.
We have to ship the item.. to Taiwan.. am actually planning to send it..
It will be hit or miss.. thinking of buying up.. couple of broken team group rams.. and send it. So that. Shipping cost is justified… if it work out. more rams for me.

Reached out to Computech and emailing PrimeABGB as we speak.
I sent my Patriot Viper SSD to taiwan today for RMA, cost me nearly 1k.

Ouch. Basically 1/6 of the cost you bought it for. Hopefully it RMAs. You can then sell it off for a nearly new price
Yup have bought a new SSD meanwhile and will sell the RMAed one once received.
