Also will the prices in the offline market be lower than this? And is bargaining an option?

I think you are all good, I suggest you go for dual channel kit 2x8gb(@3000 to 3200mhz) rather than single 16gb stick. and go for higher frequency rams
Avoid gigabyte board and opt for asrock or asus. Gigabyte 450 series is buggy.
Also, for ssd if you can manage, get crucial, Samsung or Kingston(last case). You would get better performance with the above drives instead of those Gigabyte ones.
Buy Crucial RAM sticks. They’ll be cheaper, more reliable and can be overclocked pretty easily.
If I go for the ASUSor ASRock motherboard then which on should I go for specifically according to my config. Thanks for helping!
Is bargaining in the offline market an option?
Yes it’s possible, try telling you’ll be buying in few days. They usually give small discounts if you’re buying the same day and bargain a little.

PS: I am quoting only GT710 since the present GPU prices are badly priced so when they become stable go with GTX 1650 Super.
Wondering wht made you suggest that as a gaming gpu..
I went with the gt 710. It’s a great graphics card for its price tbh. I don’t game much so I’m good.
Inflation man, Inflation!
