Yo umm so ok I am new here and well I currently own and use a Dell G15 5510 (the 3050ti 4GB VRAM). I got it in 2023 I guess and well since then I have used it for everything from studying editing gaming binge watching everything, but now the thing is a few days ago while watching YouTube I heard a sharp sound from the fan and I powered the laptop off and checked it and well one of the fans had a lil bit of plastic in it and well it wasn’t working so I got a new one but still it didn’t work so that’s when I realized that well this is gonnaa be expensive and stuff I mean since I bought it the ram has failed 2 times the keyboard has failed once and the display is also changed so yeah a bunch of repairs anyways now I am thinking to upgrade to a PC (mainly cuz of the low VRAM) and also better repair options on a PC. My current setup is in the attached folder below. I also have 2 sticks of 16GB laptop RAM but since its DDR5 and my motherboard supports only DDR5 I cant use it. So do you guys think I should upgrade to a PC or get a eGPU setup?
