Hi Folks,
My friend needs a working replacement for this RAM module. It’s for an old industrial machine that is still in use.
Kindly help me identify what it actually is and where I find it. If someone is willing to sell it, please DM with details.
EDIT: Processor is a Pentium MMX 233/66Mhz.
Its 72 pin SIMM EDO DRAM. It was used in pre DDR era

You can try ebay, see if someone’s willing to ship overseas
Ask your friend if this would be compatible.
I think I have 2 sticks of the same.
I have no clue tbh.
I’m not old enough to know really.
The contact pads need cleaning obviously which I will do and ensure there’s no corrosion underneath.
this is fpm ram, the OP requires edo ram. Edo is faster than fpm. They usually run in dual channel so either op has two run 2 edo ram or 2 fpm ram

And I’m guessing board support may vary ?
the board which supports edo ram usually supports fpm ram too. Edo requires a separate chipset to run whereas fpm doesn’t.
