to start off, which PSU do you have? budget psu’s are an absolute NO for gaming.
i refuse to believe 4gb ram speeds can be 798mhz, you sure its not 1333mhz?
get more sticks of ram for around 2k, 1300-1600mhz atleast, 2 1600mhz 4gb sticks would be great, dual channel 8gb ram.
currently gpu prices are at an all time high due to cryptocurrency mining, i suggest waiting for a month or so, then buying an rx480/580/470/1060 for around 15-16K
My suggestion would also be in-line with what Phoenix said, PSU, RAM and Graphics
Get a good PSU that can handle stable running of a decent to high powered graphics card.
I think the RAM that is shown is DDR3-1600 (runs at 800 MHz double pumped, shows 800MHz in CPUz etc.)
so adding atleast another 4GB stick should do the trick for a balanced update, and you can use your current RAM stick too. (The motherboard has only 2 slots.)
Thirdly, adding a dedicated graphics card in the PCIe x16 2.0 card (that’s the spec as per the motherboard page) should give you an insane increase in graphics horsepower.
As suggested, any RX470 and higher card can handle any game you want at 1600.900 resolution, but yeah, graphics cards, especially AMD are crazy expensive. Better to wait, or even grab up some good offer at the marketplace here if you don’t mind used h/w.
I have Corsair CX430 v2, and RAM speed is 1600MHz, i dunno how it shows 798MHz

Do i have to search same RAM stick because i heard some latency should be same in dual channel RAM stick. Can i just sell the current one and add new 4x2 GB RAM?
Yes, to run dual channel stably, the Latency Settings (11-11-11-28) should match.
You can get the same brand and model/spec again to match the timings and speed, but that can be a difficult job…
Getting a dual-channel kit (tested, matched pairs) is the best, and you can definitely sell off your current RAM stick and get a matched pair Dual Channel kit.
