Hi,
Don’t want to spoil the sale thread but just an FYI pertaining to Netgear warranty -
-
To make any claims (repair / replacement) under warranty the invoice needs to be verified by Netgear on their portal.
-
Post verification of the invoice, an RMA number is generated by support which is sent to email ID registered as device owner with them basis which the RMA centre will replace / repair your device.
-
Thus you will need:
-
Either the original Email ID registered as owner of device (with invoice verified by Netgear) or
-
The original Invoice using which you can email Netgear support to change of ownership of device to your email which can then be used for claiming warranty.
I personally went through this ordeal where I didn’t have the invoice for my bricked Nighthawk RC6850 so thought it might be helpful for everyone to know.
i didnt know it was in warranty. it came as a buyback from clients as a whole mesh setup.! i didnt bother to check.
Price still remains discounted, in-spite of warranty discovery ![]()
Thanks.
is this available
