New work-in-progress themes available for trial

A couple of new themes are available for trial. They are wider and try to address the information density. Feel free to use them or ignore them as these themes are work in progress.

Due to some limitations of Discourse or my own knowledge, I have not been able to integrate them into a single theme with Light and Dark mode. So you will have to switch between them and the corresponding Light/Dark mode manually for now.

There is a Discourse release planned in the next few weeks which will ease the development of these themes and color modes.

I’m on mobile. TE Dark with Dark color palette is good. But can you try to implement the theme, fonts and styling from OpenAI dev forum. It looks so uniform and clean.

It’s the default theme with default fonts.

I never noticed there was a simple toggle for font when typing a comment lol.

I was so caught up with trying out different themes that I overlooked default. It’s perfect.

Uneven padding/spacing

Can this be left aligned. Links are missing on the header.

Icon doesn’t match the theme

Maybe someday in the future. Currently the plan is to have these two refined and merged into a single theme. So these, default and horizon for all members.

Any more themes after that will only be available to Enclave Plus members.

New themes are perfect. By clicking on this thing you can quickly switch between wide and narrow layout

TE Dark is lot much better for reading, thanks. Does discourse support moving the unread/new topics from bottom of page to left tab ?

Typing replies on iPhone is atrocious. This is what I see.

This is a bug that recently started happening, it wasn’t there before. Tap Done on your keyboard once, then again tap on textbox.

What other OSes can be installed on iPhones?

Though, this is not an issue with iPadOS at all. But I think that is because of Desktop view.
