As part of the ZOTAC team, I want to ensure every buyer has a smooth experience with our products and never faces issues with warranty or service. Recently, we came across a case where a customer purchased a ZOTAC GPU from Flipkart. When we checked, we found that the product was not billed through our official distributor and most likely sourced from outside India. Unfortunately, such products don’t qualify for ZOTAC’s official warranty in India.
To clarify — ZOTAC warranty is only valid for products bought through our official distributor Supertron Electronics Pvt. Ltd.. At present, the only seller on Amazon sourcing inventory directly from us is Clicktech. If you purchase through them, you’re 100% covered, and our team is always here to support you in case of any issue.
That said, if anyone here has already purchased a ZOTAC product from Flipkart, please get in touch with me directly — I’ll personally help you out. But I strongly request everyone to avoid Flipkart for now until we complete our investigation.

Meanwhile, you can safely buy ZOTAC products from trusted partners apart from Amazon, like Clarion Computers, Computech, Elite Hubs, IT Gear, ITgadgetonline, MD Computers, ModxComputers, PC Studio, SCL Gaming, Vajawat, Vedant Computers, Vishal Peripherals, all of which source directly from us. Buying from these authorized partners ensures you get not just great hardware but also complete peace of mind.
Stay safe, buy smart, and game on with confidence!

Fraudcart strikes again
I’m all for flaming Flipkart for their fallacies, but this just feels like a sort of rug pull on the Brand’s part.
Razer importer (acro) did this and I was against that as well. They put out statements on social media sites like Reddit and Facebook that these sellers on Flipkart are not legitimate and that the bills from them would not be valid for claiming warranty.
Which is what Zotac is trying to do as well I feel.
Okay, so my issue with this is:
-
What about the people who are not on these social media sites, or did not think to aggressively search for the terms and conditions of the item’s warranty on these social media sites? What if such a person bought a zotac 5090 from flipkart, and wasn’t aware of an obscure post by a Zotac rep on an obscure website called Reddit. Is he now left with a paperweight?
-
Doesn’t this mean there is a systemic issue with the distributors and these issues need to be fixed by Zotac/Acro/Razer themselves rather than punishing buyers buying their products because of the Brands’ international reputation?
They still list Amazon and FK in their official seller list -
Anybody bought anything ZOTAC from F’kart recently ?
Check your box stickers.
Share here for who imported them.

companies trying to avoid responsibility .
if the product bought from flipkart or anywhere is made by zotac it should be provided warranty by zotac. it originated from zotac manufacturing facilities , flipkart didnot made them and sold
Team ZOTAC: Unfortunately, no one can be.. told.. what the deal with the warranty is. You have to email Sachin for yourself!
At this points, its better to avoid scamkart altogether
