Once again another friend asked suggestion for a cell phone. Now he want a nokia (because some nokia fan), phone should be 3G enable and his max budget is 6K.
Regular multimedia,camera are must.
Is there any touch-screen phone in that range, as he prefers touch screen to the regular ones.

No Nokia phone with market price less than 6k has acceptable 3G.
The 2730c & C2-01 supports just 384kbps.
So the discounted 5230 is your best bet.
Another non-Nokia phone to look at is SE Cedar with 7.2mbps HSDPA.

5230 has HSdpa capable of 3.6mbps speed in 3G mode.
it does not charge through USB which both the c5 versions are capable.

i use ol e51 for all skype stuff.
i tried it on tata docomo edge,
its decent and over wifi on bsnl.
its pretty decent.
