I don’t see the point as to why people would put their money now on lunar real estate. There is no proper program in place for space tourism. Even the U.S. shuttle program is aging with no replacement in sight and they can barely get their astronauts up there. And then there’s the thing about the moon…it belongs to the world. How can the U.S justify owning something that belongs to all of us? Same way they justified going to war with Iraq
