Nvidia brings driver-level frame generation to RTX 40 GPUs

@PunkX_75 can you share your overclocking details. Clock speeds and power limits.

+450 on the core, +2000 on the mem, power target 100%

Clocks (mostly) during gaming (3270-3300). Stress tests - (3215-3220)

My card was giving errors in OCCT while running gpu vram test on +2000mhz, I have mine heavily undervolted currently.

OCCT gave me zero VRAM errors, after an hour

Modder turns GeForce RTX 4090 24GB into 48GB card

Anybody who wants their 4090s to have 48GB or 5090s to have 96GB I think can take this modders assistance.

I always wondered how this is possible. It seems that the GPU chip is negotiating with memory chip at boot and asking how much VRAM memory it has, the memory chip responds and GPU set that value as max VRAM.

The internal algorithms now use that value as reference and it all works like clockwork.

Similar stuff is possible on iPhones where people can increase memory just be replacing the memory IC.

Basically it’s no different than what we have on our PCs, we swap the RAM and it all just works.
