I am looking to buy a basic phone of any make with good battery life within Rs.2000/-

I am also looking for a good android phone with 3G & wifi (any Co.) (upto Rs.3000/-)

I am also looking for a 3G dongle in which any SIM can be inserted. (upto Rs.1000/-)

Why do you need two phones? Make your budget 5K and when the A15 comes back for 4.5K buy it.Spend about 1K on a basic nokia phone if you do need two phones.
