Jet that crashed near Bhatinda is not Rafale its Mirage.It had loadout of mica missile rafale carries meteor for BVR shot. Missile bay had written Missile launch and there were Philips type screws on jet body which matches Mirage.
What you are calling M88 engine its not engine its called wind pipe.Its back portion of jet engine not complete engine. Many so called expert are claiming M88 engine because of black riveted flaps on back side. Wind pipes are removable for maintainace purpose and it wears off with flight time and newer wind pipes comes with those black flaps.
