I am looking to buy donor board for my nearly dead WD 2tb hdd. The pcb board looks like above.

( Right now I am tired as I tried everything I could think of to make hdd work on usual original ntfs format.
So, I was thinking what would happen if I change the pcb will I be able to use it without formatting to ext4. )
Swapping pcb alone won’t work, you will need to take out BIOS from old pcb and put it in the new one. Your best option for pcb is eBay.

Any mobile repair shop guy with basic knowledge of soldering will do it
