Recently one of my order got messed by them, and refund was taking too much time, so I had contacted both the sales manager and another guy 2- 3 times in 4 days time. Both got irritated and stop responding,later next day I got the refund, they processed refund in 9 days.
now today when I tried to login to place new order , my account was gone. Was not able to login, was asked to create new account

You’re going to have to elaborate a bit more before we can judge if they were being petty or…. you pushed them to ban you.
These Indian resellers don’t really care about your shopping experience like in the west.
Primeabgb keeps sending me newsletters, I unsubscribed many times, but no it doesn’t work.
Giant like Robu.in deleted all of my past orders for no reason. I ordered so many components over the years and it was a backup way for me to check my inventory. It’s all gone.
MDcomputers did the same thing, past order history is gone.
Robu doesn’t allow email change on website, no matter how old your account is.
I don’t know what it is, but it seems to me maintaining things like these are not a priority for these resellers.
I had last placed an order with them 2-3 years back and when I logged in earlier in the year, I found that while the account works, there are no past orders available. While I first used them offline about 2 decades back, I think the online account was from at least 2014. Seems they did a poor migration and are least bothered about retaining past data.
Same experience with Mdc and robu. In.mdc’s case, i needed an invoice for RMAing an HDD, and i needed to have multiple calls with them because they had lost all files after upgrading their website (a year after purchase). Now i just keep invoices on my cloud drive right after purchase.
It’s not much of a priority for these folks. But getting refunds in 2-3 weeks is normal, so that’s not a big issue.
I ordered a complete PC in 2019 from Primeabgb.com and Vedantcomputers.com and both of them removed my account in 2022 and I have to re-enroll again as a new user and I lost my order history from them.
