I think firmware versions up to 9.01 can be jailbroken as some software level exploit is available for them. I was referring to them as mod friendly firmware.
Last i enquired Maxom they have provicde 9.x jailorken ps4 with 10 preloaded games on 1t hdd, they also have 1 avilale.
