I know ATI and AMD had been Combined long back they are known as same but still check this view

ATi is a part of AMD.
whether to sell products under ATi brand name or AMD brand name are upto AMD.
northbridges and south bridges from ATi/AMD are sold under AMD brand name though.
Both are just the same. ATI was acquired by AMD in 2006. The names don’t matter - those bars does.

have been reading their articles since 2004
recently last week they came up with an intel roadmap slide instead of the amd roadmap slide in the opening page of their amd roadmap article.
