Marana Mass - The movie started out making me wonder why I wanted to watch it, but after a short while it became watchable, going as far as piquing my interest at some points. That said, this movie is very average and there a few laughs here and there which does sort of redeem the convoluted beginning. The story gets tied pretty decently at the end but getting there is an arduous journey resulting from the unnecessarily bulky writing.

Padakkalam - This movie was a lot of fun and its pretty well written, but there are some logical plot holes that could have been addressed. It’s quite an interesting plotline and makes for a good watch. Sandeep Pradeep’s performance in the latter half after the body switch impressed me and it made me loathe the character he portrayed, especially considering the stark shift from the character he plays at the beginning.

– Rewatched After 15+ Years

Revisited this cult classic after an eternity, and it still is one of the best plot twists in cinema history. I remember the first time I watched it, my jaw dropped and I was amazed by the genius story writing. Although rewatching such a film doesn’t do it justice but still a very enjoyable movie.
