I had a Wireless Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro Keyboard where I had charging issues…
I happened to contact RMA and they replaced it with V4 Blackwidow Pro Wired.

) and get Wireless one later. The Invoice for V3 pro is attached and Razer gives 2 years of warranty on all Razer Keyboards.
This new V4 model has different features :
- Dedicated Macro buttons
- USB pass through with 2 USB to C-type cables
- Command Dial
- Wrist Rest with Underglow (shown as in Amazon product link)
