well I have a laptop running windows vista premium…
When I tried installing it the 1st time, it gave an error saying that it is for windows XP only… after this windows vista gave me an option to " reinstall it using recommended settings"
I clicked on that and halfway during that reinstallation, there was an error message… essentially nero is now not working, but is present through out the system, registry, everywhere…
It is not getting removed by “add-remove programs”, It is not being overwritten with latest nero file, and even the same version nero 7.7 cannot rewrite or repair it…
whenever I try to remove it I get the following message
