Android 14 custom rom and regular self battery replacement. They dont make phones like this anymore.

Recently exchanged my Realme 11 Pro+ 8GB/256GB with Oppo K13 6GB/128GB after paying 8k.

Don’t need much horse power other than for basic usage like watching OTTs, paying bills and YT videos.

If you don’t buy the phone soon like in a month then you might probably end up buying 4GB RAM phones at the cost of today’s 8GB. Such is the present RAM shortage situation.

Will custom rom compromise the security & privacy?

Me : Goes to prep for the end of the world - make sure that the spare dumb phones are in working condition.

Custom rom do encrypt internal data. Your data will be safe but stealer can just flash another rom and use it normally. Thats the security issue i can see.

But always get from a trusted source/name..

For some maybe. I’ve been using since cyanogenmod days. I keep internal data encrypted. I use UPI apps all the time.

Wait, I thought that the microSD card slot back [ rumoured to be done by Samsung first ] was just that, a rumour.
