RMA providers for Lian Li and Arctic

Hi all. I’m looking to buy either Lian Li Galahad 360 or Arctic Freezer 360. But I wanted to know who handles RMA and aftersales for these products in India?

Do reply if you know anything related to this. Thanks.

For Arctic, you directly contact their customer support with the supporting evidences and they’ll send you a replacement. I’ve had good experiences with them.

Okay. And where do we ship the product for RMA in that case?

I RMA’d a fan and they didn’t ask me to ship it back or anything. The replacement was sent directly to my address from overseas.

Is the RMA process for Arctic still the same - just the CC and they’ll ship stuff from overseas?
