Are there any known problems in splitting a machine with vmware and then running windows on one and linux on another ? I wanted to know if it might be a good idea before i start doing something like this ?
What exactly do you mean by splitting, could you be more specific?
if you want to run vmware, I would assume you are planning to run it in an OS environment like xp or Vista. if that is so, then you can run Linux from the XP/Vista OS… or you could install Linux, and run XP/Vista from the Linux OS…
