Samsung only replaces devices if they die within first 14 days of Purchase, Under warranty/Insurance they repair the old device but the app internal parts are from the old device.

Corrected OP. This one has the screen, the back, and a cable replaced, so the battery and motherboard are of the original phone since they had no issues.
Not available. One can consider a warranty remaining 2 days by serial number or no warranty.
