Yes for Screen and that too geniune one no other place other than Service center, for other smaller replacements i have used Maxbhi, they do have screen as well, dont know about the authenticity
Online you won’t guarantee. Try local market for OEM parts, some close to original is also available in local market.

Yes once. But the screen came defective so had to return it. But they do offer replacement also, I opt not to waste time for another defective display.

Sometimes it’s better to just get a new mid level phone. I am assuming you don’t want to go to official service center for the screen, cause it will cost you a lot.
You are looking for geniune screen but at a cheaper price than the service center, let me save you trouble these don’t exist.
If the repair shop claims that they have the geniune screen at cheaper price, 99% of the time they mean they have a first quality copy. These displays are closer to real ones but can not be considered original, your meteric for measuring these screens is “Higher the price better the screen” of course this assumes that the repair shope is not scamming you.
If they have a geniune screen in reality, that is pulled from an another samsung phone that went kaput. The screen cracks but displays are okay, so they repair it by replacing the touch glass, and these gets sold in the market at slightly lower price than the original, but expensive than the first quality copy screen.
I hope this clears up everything for you and saves you the time and energy from trying to acquire a geniune screen outside of the service center.

What happened to your screen?
I have 2 s22 ultra both with screen damage .
One I have been using for 2 years after screen damage (black blob on both edge of the screen)
On good days i will not even remember the screen is damaged on this phone .
Aslo this is primarily used as a work phone .
Second I used for 2 months with screen damage(green line in middle and uncontrollable flashing of the lower screen)
Ya i was hoping to find even first copy oled screen with good prices
Because the service centre route willcost approx 21k .
These phones are not worth that much to repair now.
You should look for local shops , screens are not worth buying online . And speaking from personal experience the screens that you do get offline will not even come close to the quality of original screens , they’ll break easily and sometimes develop touch issues after a few months of use.

How did these black blobs happen? Post photos of the screen if you can
Were the phones dropped. Did you use any cases or screen protectors.
Also are these curved edge screens like the S23 Ultra which makes it harder to protect the screen
Does this qualify for warranty repair due to green line?
They recently extended the deadline to September for this issue I think
