Seller is a new member, the usual precaution is face-to-face deal only or partial payment if shipping.
You can privately request ID proof if seller insists on full payment, that’s usually the norm for OLX, etc.
Be sure to cross reference the banned member’s list after receiving seller’s information: List of fraudulent members - Please check before dealing!
