This thread is for sharing your good or bad experiences about the Samsung Service Center where you might have had to visit them to fix your Samsung phones.
PS: The service center may not be official and can be an authorized service center. Don’t give experiences of local mobile shops.
If possible please also list down the name and address of the service center as it will help people in same city and also will come down in google results.
Service center-** E Mag** ,Samsung Authorized Service center
I have had a fair experience with the Service center for fixing the problem in my Galaxy Note-N700 (Mic and charging).
I turned up at the service center to check the problem and they told that it would be rectified in 3 days, but due to the unavailability of parts,I got it after a week.During this period I called up the Service center to inquire the status everyday and most of the times,The number would be either busy or switched off.
After a week they called me up and requested to collect my phone.
Things I have observed:
1.You wont be getting the phone serviced the same day at any cost.
2.Most of the cases service is delayed because of unavailability of parts.
3.Replacement charges for out of Warranty Phones is at par with local service shops.

Had a peculiar problem with my in warranty s3 . When it auto updated to the latest android in jan 2013 my wifi modem would not get detected . When I downgraded all was fine with the wifi . I took it to them and they checked it and admitted to the fault and got the board changed to a new one . In the process my sep 12 hardware board was replaced to a dec 12 board . My previous board was the series of board affected by the sudden death syndrome of s3 . The new board was safe . I was happy . Mumbai lalbaug service centre . All this took one working day .
I hate samsung products. 2 Main reasons - plastic and touchwiz ewwww. Anyways, doesn’t mean I’m a hater, Visited service center for a friend’s phone and staff were quite polite and very good in behavior. They listened to our query and responded very well. It was samsung grand quatro and the buttons were not in proper shape, and well to my surprise they ignored to repair and gave a receipt to get the phone completely replaced. Respect to Samsung for that.
Just returned from service center in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
My phone was not turning on since a week. It had this problem with the on/off button, I think the plastic that presses the contacts inside had worn out, need to be really hard to switch on/off the problem was there for quite some time now, about 4months. Last week, it switched because of zero battery charge & how much ever we tried it wasn’t switching on so took it to service center. I really know the problem is with plastic switch.
So, I didn’t had to wait as one of the guy at the desk was free. I gave the phone & explained the problem, he took off the back cover looked at it & took it inside and asked me to sit & wait. After about 10min, he called me and showed something near the power button & said it need to be replaced, some very small component, looked like a diode. Charges were Rs1300 for the replacement. I wasn’t very sure if he was telling right or not. At first I said okay but again had my doubts, I asked if he can reduce the fee he said NO. Then I had second thoughts, I said I don’t want to get it fixed now will come back later. He said he will put together, as at that point the phone was open both front & back, so he took it & went inside, just in a second came back and said, he can get it done for Rs1100. But I was thinking to try outside shop first so I didn’t wanted to get it done.
Took the phone & came back home, as it was raining heavily. Just for the heck of it, I tried to switch it on, amazingly it Samsung logo popped up. GREAT.
I took my s21 FE recently to the service center at KPHB Hyderabad. the guy initially said the bottom water proofing sticker turned red but he also said it could turn red in humid regions for a lot of phones but he refused to replace the display as part of the free replacement program because the sticker turned red , though samsung is aware that the sticker could turn red for a number of reasons they refused to honor their warranty, lost respect for samsung at this point, any brand is the same in my book going forward.
