well my system something like this
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
ASUS A7V400-MX 
(i know it sucks)
SEAGATE 80 gb HDD
512x2( 1GB DDR PC2700 RAM)
SONY CDRW drive (52/32/52)
BENQ DVD-RW drive
and all the usual stuff
now i am getting sapphire radeon 9600XT from a relative who is going for a higher end card.
i have a MERCURY cabinet(KOB 132) with mercury 300W PSU.
**is this PSU enough to run this card **
i am not a gamer at all but wont mind playing FIFA 2005 or NFS ug2
Should be good enuf… RV350/360/370 core cards dont eat too much power. Nor do they generate too much heat.
well i checked the total system power usage using this site
it comes out to be **268 **watts for my system
i want to ask anyone using mercury 300w PSU that is this PSU gonna handle this much load or not
ok, here I go again, I am on a KOB115 cabinet with Mercury 300w PSU, I am running an MSI Radeon 9800pro 128MB, 2 OPtical Drives, 1 hdd etc etc…without any probs…my radeon is almost 1 year old now…so I think u shudnt have any probs
