if someone has it and doesnt want to sell, you can also ask them to copy all the songs from the sd card inside it. The songs are in mp3 format without any encryption.

But I want it for my grandmother who has limited mobility and can’t use smartphone. Are there any similar good products .. with buttons for use by old people?
any good quality bluetooth speaker with sd card slot will work, most of them have buttons for basic functionalities.

I think any bluetooth speaker with a memory card slot will work for you. Might have to put some bright colours on the buttons but that’s about it.
