DYOR on performance/compatibility. Was very easy to set up when I tried, although did not tinker much.

Yes the drive is available. There are many interested for the NAS, and I will have to check who messaged me first. I prefer to sell both together (fyi they can’t be used together) but will sell separately. Can ship tomorrow (Monday) so will message in the morning to finalize.
