before u do so , and go thru the entire hassel of removing ur stuff from the hdd and then reloading / reformating / repartitioning why don’t u take a screenshot of the error message u are getting and contact the :

Udit…sometimes it doesn’t work with the model no…enter the part no & serial no…it should work.
i was typing 90 instead of 9Q thus was not getting any info
now got Expiration 08-Mar-2013
