MS Office 365 home subscription comes with suite of MS office and 1TB cloud storage on OneDrive. This can be shared among 6 people - with each of them getting 1TB storage (hence 6TB storage in total). Generally its about ₹4.5K/year and hence about ₹750/person/year when sharing among 6 pax.
I believe its great price even for 1TB cloud storage. With recent offers on Flipkart and Amazon, this can be had for ₹3000 hence ₹500/person/year - which is steal.
Anyone who thinks of getting this, can collaborate like people do for sharing NetFlix.
PS: I already share this with 6 people
PS (2025): On Amazon, there is ₹1500/1000 off. It works fine - can refer to screenshot below. This would further bring down price by ₹1500/1000 - which is epic.
PS (2025 v2): Over the years, price seems to be increased with it hovering around 7000 mark or so - in direct listing. So, it is no longer 500/year but more like 1200/year without any discount.
I would suggest if more people are interested make a group like what @@vyral_143 has going on.
Also, for each user, they can use the same account on 5 computers, 5 tablets and 5 phones. However, ideally would suggest to limit to 1-2 computers per user, as this being a household license, it’s rare for more than 2 computers per person.
