Nothing wrong with this but when you are spending 11k spend 2 k more and get the silicon power US 75 one.

Well the point raised was " this brand" so i was wondering if rocking had any bad exp

I bought 2 UD90 1TB drives during BBD. Both drives were DOA and flipkart being :poop: , I had to reach out to SP for RMA. The drives were submitted to Supertron for RMA on October 4. I’ve tried countless times to get my RMA drives but I don’t see any movement.

The last set of responses I got were these -

ohh yea, they are bad with RMA process! Even i had one that took them like 3 months to get the new NVME…

Wow. That’s a shit experience man. Does flipkart not handle doa drives? I don’t use flipkart just by instinct for years now but if they are delivering DOA shit which you have to chase brands customer support, this is unacceptable.

It’s crazy that established companies take so long for RMAs

I recorded their conversation. You’d be surprised that the customer rep told me that there is no return and no refund for this product. Also, she said that there is no official warranty indicated for the product so I may not be able to get support from the vendor as well. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

It’s back in stock. Buy at your own risk though

i think these are QLC drives, not really good other than storage…

They can be sued for this. Comes under negligence of service I believe. What if your work relied on this ?
