I’m launching smallformfactor.in, a new India-focused online store dedicated to Small Form Factor (SFF) PC components — cases, motherboards, power supplies, coolers, and related accessories that are often hard to source locally.

  • Products are procured only after an order is placed on the website

I have never quite understood this, how can pricing be announced without knowing what the customs charges will be?

I assume you are holding some inventory already, which would give you a clear idea of your costs.

Now we have two people for SFF parts

After sourcing and consolidation it gets sent to a shipping aggregator, they manage int. shipping part then after it lands in destination country the whole shipment gets cleared under our IEC so costs are somewhat predictable

I have imported few stuffs as test shipments so I now have an idea of what costs are incurred on what particular category of products

im called by this name literally on all platforms so im stuck with it. its corny but i like it xD

Would it be possible to source laptop CPU (obviously socketed ones) for older machines? Most of the online sources for this are in china or ship from china.

This would probably come under your custom order option, I guess.

Ohh maann… I have looked EVERYWHERE in India for the Meshroom and the Meshlicious… I desperately wanted it but nobody had it.. So after searching for 2+ years I gave up and decided to keep my O11 Mini (and bought more parts that fit it and won’t fit the Meshroom or the meshlicious)

Only if I could use 2 PC cases at one time…

Kudos on this new venture of yours. I had faced immense trouble when I built an SFF PC 4-5 years back. Good to know that SFX PSUs other than Corsair is available.

Is the warranty made available with you. Notably the MSI Motherboard and PSU carry atleast 3 to 5 yr warranty. No idea on other motherboards. What support can you provide with those claims?

For transparency’s sake, Which company handles the shipping both domestically and cross border? And how do you source the product, is it a partnership between a store in China, or a friend there that helps send it over?

Been there :sweat_smile: That exact frustration is why I started this. O11 Mini is still awesome though if you ever feel like going SFF again, you know where to look :wink:

We wont be able to provide official warranty on any of the stuff. But we will provide DOA protection and replacement/refund guarantee if the product outright dies within the 1 year timeframe from the date of delivery

The cross border shipping is handled by a Hong Kong based company called Moin Freighters. I personally source the products from various chinese marketplaces and send it to our shipping aggregator for consolidation and cross border shipment. For domestic shipping we gonna use Shree Tirupati Courier if your pincode is not serviceable by them then we will use BlueDart or Delhivery
